Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (U.S.) with limited travel as needed

Role Overview

  • Lead all marketing activities for TREND as it integrates and relaunches within TMP.
  • Initially focused heavily on TREND; support other TMP initiatives as capacity allows.
  • Hands-on, broad role: own end-to-end digital marketing execution + contribute to product development, promotional strategy, forecasting, and customer-specific programs.
  • Startup-like environment: evolving priorities and “other duties as assigned.”
  • TREND = heritage brand with strong IP and growth potential. Role drives revenue, rebuilds momentum, and builds scalable marketing systems. Key contributor to TMP marketing capability.

Primary Responsibilities

Digital & Performance Marketing (Core)

  • Own and execute all TREND digital marketing:
  • Social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, emerging platforms)
  • Influencer marketing & creator partnerships
  • Email marketing & CRM programs
  • Paid media (Meta, Google, Amazon Advertising)
  • Website & Shopify marketing initiatives
  • Plan content calendars, campaign cadence, launch timelines
  • Monitor metrics, analyze results, optimize for revenue growth
  • Use analytics (Google Analytics, platform dashboards, Shopify data)
  • Leverage AI and automation for efficiency and insights

Brand, Content & Creative Execution

  • Develop brand-aligned concepts for launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns
  • Collaborate with design resources for digital/promotional assets
  • Create/edit content (graphics, short-form video, photography, copy)
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity

Product, Promotion & Customer Support

  • Provide market feedback, competitive insights, customer sentiment for product design/development
  • Support major B2B/wholesale customer promotions
  • Limited customer interaction for research, sales support, campaign alignment
  • Assist sales/business development with materials and insights

Forecasting & Business Collaboration

  • Contribute demand forecasting inputs (campaign plans, seasonality, historical performance)
  • Coordinate with sales, product, finance
  • Align marketing with inventory and promotional planning

TMP Marketing Support (Secondary)

  • Support other TMP initiatives/clients as assigned
  • Share best practices, tools, processes across TMP marketing

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years hands-on marketing, strong digital focus
  • Proven B2C/B2B revenue-driving programs
  • Experience with:
  • Social media & influencer marketing
  • Email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
  • Paid ads (Meta, Google, Amazon)
  • Shopify or similar eCommerce
  • Strong project management, multitasking
  • Comfort with modern tools, SaaS, AI workflows
  • Excellent written/visual communication
  • Self-directed, adaptable, fast-moving/lean environment
